"Manifest", anyone?

This new show is WILD!! Imagine if this happened, IRL. I can't wait to find-out how they explain that it happened!

Not to give too much away, but in-case people don't know..... The show is about a plane that lands in New York, 5 and a half years after it takes-off from wherever (I forget from where they were leaving - like, the Bahamas, or something). It didn't land anywhere, after take-off..... It experiences turbulence..... NO ONE has aged that much / has any idea they've been away, that long.

I have watched it, but don't know if I will continue to do so...I am getting tired of network shows...they have too many episodes. I like the shorter seasons on cable and streaming.

I am very much the opposite. How can a show make sense with only 10 episodes a season.

Like the plane gets lost in the Devil's Triangle and goes into a time warp, and then reappears unscathed, but jumps forward in time?

Interesting. I might check it out.
