Can do someone recommend me a good way to stimulate? I broke the night, I could not sleep and I need to go to work, and I work in a restaurant and we would have a busy day?

I just go to work anyway and try to tough it out. Then I would contact my GP or my psychiatrist and ask about what to do about my insomnia. Usually I’m prescribed zopiclone for a few days.

Stimulants are no substitute for sleep. You might be more alert but you won’t function properly. It might also make the insomnia worse over time because it messes with your circadian rhythm. It’s better to speak with your doctor about this.

I sometimes take Vivarin which is a caffeine pill similar to No-Doz. I read it's alitle faster acting whereas No-Doz is a more gradual affect. I mostly take it on days when I get up early(for me) or just don't get enough sleep & feel tired & I have something going on that day. Like I'll take it before I leave to go shopping to help feel more awake. !ce I'm more awake, I'm fine & can stay that way for hours. I mostly need it to just help me initially wake up which is why I take the Vivarin instead of No-Doz since Vivarin is supposedly faster acting.

Lifting weights (moderately heavy) in the evening helped me.
