Nah, I imagine it grows in white (he is in his 70s after all) and he tints it to look blonde.

It seems to obviously be a comb over of sorts. Most likely at age 71 his hair color is white, which he has dyed to resemble his original blonde hair color. It seems like lately it's a paler blond. My guess is that without the comb over and dye, his hair would probably resemble his brother's hair.

Whatever it is, it gets far more attention than it deserves. They obsessed over Reagan's hair too. Was it a wig, was it dyed. idk why anyone would give a s**t.

wasn't there something a while back where Ivanka commented on his hair? I think she said it was real but, as previously stated, all sort of combed in and over itself and partly stuck down so as to hide balding
