I do it a lot, especially if I'm trying to describe something, or I just mentioned a specific action (i.e. if I was talking about writing something down, I'd mimic a writing action). People often describe me as an animated (and sometimes eccentric) person. The easiest way to see if I'm enjoying and feel comfortable in a conversation is to see if I'm using my hands, if I'm not using them at all and my body language is quite stiff...then I'm feeling uncomfortable/wishing for it to end.

I use my hands far more than my voice.

I definitely do! Sometimes words fail me so exaggerated gestures are clearly easier to understand. (lol)
I actually had to work really hard to NOT use my hands when Im doing a speech or oral reasons

I never ever did when I was little, and I thought it was weird that everyone else did, so I tried to teach myself to do it more often.

Now I do it far too often. I think it probably helps with my auditory processing disorder. I think learning sign language would probably help a lot more.

Yes. Sometimes I feel like I'm miming words or concepts with my hands as I'm speaking about those things.

I do move my hands a bit when I talk. Not excessively though.

I move my hands a lot when I'm speaking, especially if I have a point I'm trying to get across.

I thought my gestures were o.k. - my ASD report says differently , I am rarely able to undertake declarative gestures

Not very often, but it would depend on what the situation is and how I feel during it.

It depends on how well I'm able to communicate at the time. When I can't think of a word or can't communicate effectively with words, I'll use my hands to try to indicate what I mean to fill in the gaps, and when I'm getting frustrated with trying to communicate, I sort of pound the air with my left fist. When I'm able to communicate well by speaking, I don't use my hands much/at all, at least not that I notice.

I tend to use them a lot. I really like using my hands in the background. Helps me feel at ease and I use them almost like Italians are stereotyped as.
