Sexism at Riot Games

It's much of the same disrespect and bullying of women as usual.

The company is apparently trying to make amends by hosting diversity sessions.

Honestly though, the best way to make one's company a welcoming place for women is to fire those who engage in sexist and inappropriate behavior towards them. It is not a complex thing to learn how to not be a jerk. Some just require incentive.
