Hello

Im a 36 y.o married +3. Im newly diagnosed aspi. Diagnosis was made following a hell of a year.
Few last days was depressed but now im at work with a mixed anxiety and a feeling like someone put a big rock in my chest.

Any tips for such acute stress?

I know how you feel. I have had that type of anxiety before. I have had headaches and discomfort in my chest.

Do you have any pets? If you are feeling anxious, snuggle them close and pet them. If you have a dog, going outside for a walk is beneficial. If you have a cat, stroking and petting it and hearing him/her purr is very relaxing.

What kind of hobbies do you have? Do you like to read or engage in more physical activities. I like both.

Hope you are feeling better soon.
