I had a dream (nightmare? beautiful though) that I was a Kryptonian and was surrounded by kryptonite. That woke up an old obsession with superman/clark kent/lana lang/i hate lois/smallville. It was already woken up, I had watched Smallville at least 3 times a few months ago I started watching it from season 1. I feel so strongly for fictional characters, but then in real life I feel nothing at all. I was thinking, these obsessions could be autism.

I like the idea of suffering produces enlightenment, being in physical pain leading to happiness. I can't stop thinking about it. I've been browzing fanfiction but can't find the right story to deal with this obsession. The only thing that helps is centering myself and thinking about training gymnastics and lifting weights, my grips on the real world and starting WRAP training (wellness recovery action planning)/CPRS (certified peer recovery specialist) position I could get.

What do you guys think?

I am overwhelmed.

The claim to aspergers can not be made from a singlular obsessive behavior, there is more yraits, even if the strength of aspie obsession might possibly be unmatched by any other type of brain.

I am not saying that is my only sympton. I dont feel like discussing the other things, I want to focus on what i posted about because i cant get it off of my mind. I am the authority of my own mind, only you can truly know who you are and what diagnosis you do or do not have.

I don't know much about Kryptonite. I like Marvel more than DC.

Dreaming that you are a Kryptonian who is surrounded by Kryptonite is kinda like dreaming that you are a mouse surrounded by kitty cats. Isnt kryptonite the only thing that can kill Super Man?

The dream symbolizes the untenability of a situation that you are in IMHO.

Dreams are worthless. One can only be an aspie if they have the traits, behavior and mental state that makes them so. We are the original nerds, I don’t want any more copycats. ( not saying you aren’t an aspie, just saying that if you are, it needs to be an embraced part of yourself.)

Maybe it means you're Supergirl but your conscious mind doesn't know it yet.
