Um, I think most people would be upset in that situation. You obviously want to live in a tyrannical world if you don't believe in innocent until proven guilty.

The correct phrase regarding the presumption of innocence is:

“A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”

This means one of two things — and probably both:

1. The presumption of innocence shall occur only in a court of law.

2. It is not necessary to presume innocence outside of a court of law.

Thus, everyone except those directly involved in the courtroom proceedings has the right to presume that the accused is guilty.

Strange that a Palestinian should presume to dictate Juris Prudence to the entire U.S. population.

Tearful MAGAbomber Cesar Sayoc mouths 'I love you' to one of his sisters in packed courtroom in first appearance since his arrest as the former stripper's lawyer calls the five felony charges over mail bombs 'flimsy'

Trump's snowflake, like Trump himself, is a crybaby:
Quote:
The accused MAGAbomber appeared tearful at times and spoke intently with his defense team led by Jamie Benjamin, while looking around the room

Most anyone would be emotional in a situation like that. Snowflake along those lines refers to uptight people who get upset and offended on a regular basis, people who constantly "have their underwear in a bunch".

I like how you make up your own rules. And I'm not sure what Palestine has to do with anything. Anyone who believes in a free society would believe that the state has to prove the person guilty of a crime. You can believe what you want but anyone rational waits for the evidence in a court and for the person to face due process.

Trump supporter's guilt is becoming more and more clear.

Prosecutors: Package-bomb suspect ran Web searches of targets, planned attacks for months

Quote:
Federal prosecutors alleged in a new court filing that 56-year-old Cesar Sayoc committed “a domestic terrorist attack” in mailing possible package bombs to prominent critics of President Trump, and they detailed more evidence connecting him to the crime...

Prosecutors also revealed that investigators seized a laptop from Sayoc’s van that contained a list of addresses matching those on the packages prosecutors say he mailed, plus evidence that he had conducted Internet searches on some of his targets. They said the FBI also had “preliminarily identified associations between forensic evidence on most of the [improvised explosive devices] described in the Complaint and DNA and fingerprint samples from the defendant.”

Sayoc lived out of his van, which was covered in stickers that aligned with his political views.

“The evidence of the defendant’s terror campaign is still being collected but is already overwhelming,” prosecutors wrote. “Because of the powerful proof that the defendant perpetrated these acts, he poses a substantial danger to the community.” ...
