What are alternatives to calling someone immature?

I want to know what alternatives would be good compared to plain flat out calling someone immature?

It's useless to call someone "immature". An immature person would never believe it, and a mature person would know that it isn't true.

In fact, it's best to simply not all an immature person  anything  at all!
