I'm worried about the fact that if me or my relatives who also have autism who might have twins, triplets, quadruplets and quintuplets. Are they more likely to have it as well?

I'm not what the connection to multiple births is but I do believe it's recognised that autism appears to have genetic links.

It's not a clear inheritance but if some do your family is autistic then future children are more likely to be too.

High order multiples are very likely to be born prematurely, which is linked to many developmental problems, primarily cerebral palsy. I don't know of a link to autism.
