Hello,

I registered just today having recently discovered the Wrong Planet site. I was diagnosed with Asperger's last year and have been seeking to connect with others who have similar brain wiring. Not being diagnosed as a child was a double edged sword where I struggled with social interactions, but excelled in other areas that enabled me to have a successful career. My parents are both passed so they were never aware of my condition other than my being "different", and of my three siblings one is oblivious, one is indifferent, and one seems to care. I am divorced with two adult children and I am looking forward to learning from others on this site.
