How often do you cry?

I've gone many years at a time without crying, but just recently it's happening almost every day.

I would like to cry more often. Its a release. The last time I cried was when I watched Okja on Netflix. (I think thats how you spell it.) I found that movie to be very sad in some parts. I feel overwhelmed and depressed but for some reason I cant cry. I used to cry all the time when I wasnt on anti psychotics.

I like crying to sad moments on TV too. Like my favorite scene from an episode of Touched By An Angel.
