Around 20 years ago, I noticed that my hair was starting to go quite thin and also was going very gray to white. At the time I began taking a supplement called Juvenon. I took it primarily because I had severe asthma and this product instantly improved my lung function. I had over a 100 point increase in my peak flow meter readings. So after 20 years I continue to take the product. It was originally marketed as an anti-aging supplement. It's design is to restore the mitochondria in the cells. It contains Acetyl L-Carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Anyways it has a side benefit that I didn't expect. First it stopped my loss of hair and second it dramatically slowed the graying process.

Generally this is a product that is bought over the internet. It is a cellular health supplement.

OP, your info below your name says you're 38.

Regardless, I'm 35 and have noticed a lot more gray hairs popping up in my beard (not so much on my head hair...yet). Maybe I'll post a picture.

I am under a lot of stress. Also, maybe this is just the average age for it. But I'm with you.

Yeah, started for me around 28 and a majority of hairs are now grey at 38.

Dad was just the same.

I'm diagnosed, he's suspected in the spectrum due to similar traits.

I suspect anxiety/stress as a factor, as it's ever-present for me.

Just started getting a few greys in my facial hair over the past year or so. My mum was 70 last week and she has only just started getting a small amount of grey hair on her head.

Hows your luck?!

I started getting grey hair in my late 20s. I recently started a Catalase supplement. Hair turns grey due to depletion of Catalase. The supplement also includes other vitamins & minerals that may help stop it's depletion.

I’m pretty gray at this point.

I lament that my hair isn’t white.

Hair dye helps to conceal greying hair but you will have to keep reapplying hair dye every 3 or 4 weeks. I stick with a clean shaved buzz cut, it makes me look tough.

I did get a lot of stress induced gray hair at 50. My hair is more salt and pepper now.

People who respond about seeing gray hair early is this related to stress or any disorder you have besides autism?

FYI I don't mean like 1-2 white hairs i mean like plenty so its noticeable.

Also my hair on the scalp is brownish when my beard and rest of my body has pitch black hair.

It's something that you resist until your hairs are 51% silver at which point you shrug your shoulders and stop worrying about it, so don't waste your time over it, you look good, it's not a problem.

I don't know what mines related to but I don't think it's a disorder.

My stress was induced from being a full time caregiver while doing a full time job.
