I only wear a watch if I'm going out and will need to watch the time for whatever reason. When I do wear one, it's on my left wrist.

Left, as per my vote, but I take it off when I'm at home for sensory reasons. It's OK when I'm out and about and distracted, but at home in the quiet and calm it will keep coming to my attention as uncomfortable.
