And have I mentioned she's also a Tea-Drinking, Cat-Petting, Free-Thinking Poet, too?

I created an account today, because my New Year's Resolution involves actually speaking to people this year. Does online count? I figured other people on the spectrum might be okay with my world of weird. Who knows? Time will tell.

Metaphysics, classic literature, psychology, philosophy, physics theories...

Some of my favourites are:

Alice in Wonderland
Tibetan and Egyptian Books of the Dead
The Greeks
The Russians
Emily Dickinson
Anaïs Nin
Carl Jung
Stuart Wilde
Michio Kaku
Brian Greene
Vadim Zeland
anything about Albert Einstein or Nikola Tesla
Henry David Thoreau
dystopian novels such as 1984 and Brave New World
Edgar Allan Poe
Oscar Wilde
Virginia Woolf
George Sand
Colette
various children's writers (such as Shel Silverstein and Edward Gorey)
and I really enjoy myths from around the world and children's faery tales- the way they used to be so dark, lovely, and full of symbolism...

...pretty much anything that inspires me to grow, change, and deepen. This list could go on forever.

Our interests are almost exactly the same; I like physics, philosophy (particular interests are moral/political philosophy, philosophy of religion, philosophy of language and philosophy of mind), psychology, foreign languages, maths, history, art, theology, Christian apologetics, music - the list goes on.

Some of my favourite authors (in no particular order) are Fyodor Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy, Charles Baudelaire, Bertrand Russell, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Immanuel Kant, Charles Dickens, Noam Chomsky, Christopher Lasch, Karl Marx, Arthur Schopenhauer, Ayn Rand, John Stuart Mill - the list goes on.
