What should I do to help my autistic nephew or niece if they decide to have a child?

Be ready to baby sit. That is what my sister in law does when I need to go shopping.

+1 to arevelion's answer.

I'm on the spectrum, my kids are 2 and 4. Besides unrealisms like doing my job or handing me a wad of cash (either of which would certainly help), my biggest concern is just not burning out.

Relief from that energy drain of dealing with the kids is something I appreciate whenever I experience it.

Hosting them for the holidays could be similarly good, for similar reasons, if it can be made into a restorative experience.
