Congratulations. Over the years, the pounds just kept adding on. Finally they started to affect my health. So I had gastric bypass surgery and dropped around 120 pounds within about 6 months. I went from a size 3X in shirts down to a small and from a size 46 in pants down to a size 33. It was a good move.

Congratulations. Remember folks, when you lose weight, only way to keep it off is to never go back to your old eating habits.

Great news. Perhaps a small slice of cheesecake to celebrate, but it looks like your diet is working! Just under 200 lbs seems a good goal. 199! Here however, we're not used to measuring in pounds but in kilograms. I'm about 81 kg. Have to grab my converter to see what yours is.

Well done.
