I have felt consistently let down by difficulty with forming relationships or that I find I am seen as an extra or a temporary friend somehow. But, it has really started to get into my head about how at my age I should be married and finding a place to settle down into. I have actually had a pair of long term relationships living with others, but they ended with us parting ways. I wasted a good deal of my life following those fools errands into a relationship that obviously was going nowhere.

I really do feel I could put out what it takes to support a household with another, but i cant get taken seriously by others. has anyone else felt this way?

i can relate to wasting years on relationships that went nowhere. the only thing you can really do is keep trying
