'Russiagate' Contradictions

Russiagaters are tying themselves in knots now. They say Trump is a Putin puppet but Putin is against intervention in Venezuela and Trump is for it. When Trump was for talking with Russia he was a Russian puppet, then when he puts sanctions on them or withdraws from treaties with Russia he's a Russian puppet but Tulsi Gabbard is for dialogue and wouldn't pull out of the treaty because apparently she's a Russian puppet. This is what happens when the media screams Russia at everything without thinking.

I expect Rachael Maddow's head to explode any day, now.

There are concerns that Russia might revert to its "Soviet" habits, even if they don't actually become "Soviet" again.

What I hate is the NEEDLESS dishonesty about the Russia hoax; Putin is used, playing on old cold war Russophobia or the remnants of it, to disparage Trump because it's believed that such a tool will be more effective than actual facts, but there's such a strong RATIONAL, FACTUAL case against Trump, that I don't understand why the left has to throw away the moral high ground against such a man by stooping to using lies like the Russiagate hoax to criticize him.

Putin is supporting an historical ally, and I suppose it's a bridge too far for Trump to support an overt socialist. This does not prove that Trump doesn't side with Putin on other things in opposition to his own party and intelligence community. It's a fact that Trump lied about his administration's Russia contacts and continues to obstruct justice. Many Republican Senators are now implicated in Russian bribery through the NRA.

I have no hatred of Russians. I am of Russian descent myself.

I'm talking about those pushing the propaganda. I suggest studying stuff you disagree with.
