Guys, guys, guys! I was just teasing. And I'm pretty sure Fnord knows that, even if all of you don't.

This would suggest otherwise

Dear Mods,

I seem to have done a terrible thing; I inadvertently started a "nuisance" thread that has offended other members.

This is just stupid. I at first thought the man had a disability that impacted his life that was visible before he was born like he had a disease that will kill him or keeps him from living a normal life or that he is in constant pain but no, this isn't the case at all. How does anyone consent to being born? We are just an egg and a sperm and it takes those two to meet to produce us and there we are, a sac of cells that need to be turned into a fetus and into a real live baby. Sure there are parents out there that still choose to have their baby after knowing their child will have a severe impairment or not live very long or be born with a profound birth defect that won't let them live long. I thought maybe this was the case and he was just lucky to still be alive but no.

I will be very surprise if he wins this case.

OK, in future I will always make a point to add the smiley or [/sarcasm] indicator.

I get it , I'm guilty of it myself.
