I am in desperate need of advice to aide in removing my phobias. To begin, I have two types of phobias which direly effects my social life. My two types of phobias are the act of interacting with people and writing in general. When I write (as I am know) I am disturbed by my mental critic that discourages me by telling me that my writing is terrible, and that I will be judged and mocked at as a result. If I were to overcome this phobia, I would be able to succeed in anythung I put my mind to. But, due to my writing phobia, my employment options was narrowed down to factory or foundry work. I do not wish to continue my employment that involves physical labor work. I wish to work in an office setting. If you have advice for me, please share it. Thanks.

Your mental critic is just a voice in your mind, nothing more, nothing less.

Do some research on the 'Ego' and how the mind works.

Tinybuddha is good resource.
