Good answer.

Indeed ….the only possible answer. So this thread should be locked at this point, because the topic is done. :)

Based on what we see on WP, there is no one “autistic” political viewpoint.

I really have no clue because I live in Canada and I never vote for any of the ding-bats whose whole lives are built on lies and greed.

Each according to his or her individual preferences.

We are not a monolithic voting bloc -- we do not all vote the same way.

I would imagine it varies like it does with NTs, though many do lean to the left because of their support of relevant social programs.

Not much differently than their neurotypical counterparts.

Some will vote republican, some will vote democrat, some will vote independent/3rd party...some will vote a mixture of all those. Some won't vote.

I don't think neurotype has any greater effect on voting patterns than hair colour or handedness. Autistics are as diverse in their political persuasions as neurotypicals. You need only look at this very sub-forum to see that.

In my state we mark a paper ballot then feed it into a scanner that instantly tallies the result. I suppose the ballots are eventually counted by hand, or perhaps only in case of an ambiguous result from the scanner.

All autistic voters here will vote that way unless they file absentee ballot for some reason.

Do you vote ever? Most Canadians of my acquaintance seem obsessed by politics and elections.
