What does loyalty mean to you?

I was thinking about this question.

To me, at the moment, action in the face of adversity for who/what you believe in.

If you'd like, than post what you think it is.

Sticking with people in bad times and in good

Depends on the person Im being loyal to.
Loyalty could mean: I'll bail you out of jail
It could also mean: Sitting in the jail cell beside you

To me, loyalty is like being forever faithful. Knowing no matter what, they got your back and you have theirs.

As far as I'm concerned, my mom was quick to point out that I'm extremely loyal towards those I'm closest to. What that means to me is staying with someone throughout any hard life moments that might pop up and sticking up for them regardless of what others might say. That being said, I tend to abandon someone when I feel like my loyalty towards them is being taken for granted or unappreciated. That's one of the things that led up to me breaking up with my girlfriend about a year ago.

Making time for friends and family. Having close knit friendships and relationships.

Don’t be a backstabber.

Loyalty means, to me, to ignore logic and cling to a someone or something fanatically, with full power

Standing by someone when they need you & NOT backstabbing or screwing them over. I'm loyal to a fault & it has gotten me in abit of trouble including in the workplace cuz I burnt myself out working overtime.
