Perhaps sterilize rather than castrate. And all those worried about overpopulation should volunteer to have it done.

Also those convinced that fossil fuels are going to destroy the planet in a few years, should voluntarily stop driving and flying and anything else that contributes immediately.

Just imagine if however many millions who are truly concerned about it, suddenly went cold turkey. That alone might save the planet.

I'm ok with going back to horses and carriages. :D

The problem with that is all those horses would destroy the planet the way they cows are.

Lol, I haven't thought about that. It is true, animals run on gas too, LOL. Perhaps we could instal a fart filter on them to reduce methane emissions

Oh yeah that's a big deal. They want livestock eliminated.

Yeah I know. The extremists pretty much make arguments around, the planet would be much better if humans just didn't exist, it would be more 'natural'. Never-mind the fact that humans are a part of nature, therefor we are natural. Think Cortez's 'Green New Deal' attempts to limit how many cows we can have, suggesting we should eat only one hamburger as opposed to three in a day, she literally said that. Her courier is already being destroyed, the more people learn about her the more they dislike her, that includes democrats. Polls have been done to point out that the majority of dem's dislike her and approval rate is continuing to drop, think the last I hear it was like 31% approval to 43% disapproval and disapproval is steady climbing.

Well to be honest I think 3 hamburgers a day is a bit excessive. Personally I only eat around one a week. But I don't want the government telling me how many I get to eat. Or the government putting high taxes on hamburgers to either stop people from eating them or to get rich off of it.

Humans are classified as viruses. Actually we are literally a virus
https://www.livescience.com/61627-ancie ... brain.html

Our human consciousness was apparently activated by this embedded virus which causes us to behave like viruses procreating and spreading at the expense of all living things on earth

The current convention in science is that humans have interrupted the equilibrium of life on this planet in the same way a virus infects a host (the earth being a host in this context).

We are meta-pathogens

NASA plan to build self-replicating robots that will perpetually spread throughout the universe. I guess even the most enlightened minds want to create replicants of ourselves

Sounds like what's wanted is a totalitarian world government in charge of what we eat and do to the point of enforcing selective procreation.

Humans are animals, and viruses are a part of nature. Sure, we can be compared to a virus, any animal that would have a negative impact could be compared to a virus, but people are not viruses, animals are not viruses...

Virus : an infective agent that typically consists of a nucleic acid molecule in a protein coat, is too small to be seen by light microscopy, and is able to multiply only within the living cells of a host.

An ant can be controlled by a virus, that is not suggesting that the ant itself is a virus.

Edit: As a correction, a virus isn't required to have a negative impact on it's host, which kinda makes the argument of "humans are like a virus for planet earth" kinda pointless(IMO). It's like, compared to the universe, a planet is a single cell organism. (???)

Actually I agree with you that we are comparable to viruses, it's just scientists like to classify stuff...
