Bipolar and ADHD, possibly Asperger’s too?

Hi all!

I’m jumping right in because I don’t know what else to do. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I was 25 and am now on a great combination of meds and have been stable for the past 2.5 years. I’ve been sober for the past 5.5 years, and that has definitely helped with my bipolar disorder.

I also came to the conclusion that I have ADHD by looking back at my childhood and adolescence and the struggles I’ve had as an adult. I have a couple of friends who are autistic and based on my conversations with them and some reading I’ve done, I think I might have Asperger’s. It’s like I have an image that keeps getting clearer the more I look at it.

Looking forward to getting to know all of you and getting to know myself better.
