What artists would you call timeless?

I would say The Beatles.

The Beatles broke up almost 50 years ago. People are still trying to determine who their "favorite Beatle" is----just like they did in 1964.

I think the 90s had some artists who still are on top of their games, unfortunately I'm embaressed to name them here though.

Hardly any.

I suppose Shakespeare for the fact that you can update him and the themes still work.

But that's messing about with it.

I still like a lot of 60s music but that doesn't mean it's timeless and in the 2500s it will feel dated. We're not that far from the 1960s, really.
