Anyone really enjoy mindfulness? For me it’s like a sport, a passion, a hobby.

I am brand new to the whole mindfulness idea. (I'm looking for ways to manage stress, anxiety, and anger.) 3 days into it, and I can start to see a difference already.

Any advice on adapting it to apsergers-specific issues would be appreciated.

I’ve had heart palpitations due to anxiety for almost a week and I’m starting to get curious about this mindfulness thing.

I like the idea of mindfulness, but I’m not really that good at it.

I practice yoga regularly, and I find that that helps.

I'd do better with "Mindlessness". My problem is that I can't get out of my head or stop my thoughts even when they're channeled, I can't reach my subconscious (even in hypnosis or sleep studies), and my mind doesn't stop making connections or processing information because of synaesthesia and trauma.

When I mentioned mindfulness to my psychologist he laughed and said I have a PhD in that, already.
