Baked potatoes(except heated in the microwave instead of actually baked in the oven) with just salt & margarin on them. I seldom eat them thou for some reason. Maybe cuz I need to eat something else with them & it's easier just to cook & eat the something else.

Instant ramen. Usually I add stuff to it so it's not as "boring", but sometimes I eat it without adding anything extra.

B/c I'm on welfare till I get social security disability, I'm on foodstamps and I find that I therefore basically have to eat the same thing all the time due to budget limitations, unless a friend invites me to a party or something. What's more boring than that? My lunch is usually quinoa, broccoli, red lentils, canned salmon, a banana and bread w/guacomole (which I have at dinner too). Dinner is kale, soy-based vegan sausages, brown rice, carrots and an orange.

Baked batatas (sweet potatoes) with just olive oil.
They save me when my stomach is getting insane and my food-related sensory issues make me unable to eat anything with more flavor and/or taste.

pasta with vegan butter and salt. I honestly could eat it for dinner every night but you know, gotta have a balanced diet and whatnot.

Not sure if fruits qualify, but I can eat grapes or tangerines almost any time.

And yes, baked potatoes, but I don't like mine swimming in stuff - just salt and a touch of butter or cream.

I have no idea if that qualifies as "boring", but YES.

Smoked fish of any kind.
