why do certain languages sound better with certain genres

french jazz sounds better than french rock .

korean hiphop sounds better than japanese or chinese counterparts.

turkish trap sounds better than turkish pop.

I've read emcees from Turkmenistan insisting Uighur works better than Mandarin because it works like English in terms of syllables, and isn't tonal - I wonder if the same is true of Korean.

Any language works for black metal.

german is very metal , english is very alt rock,

russian folk rock sounds better

japanese sounds better with 16 bit electro

I guess it depends on how melodic a language is, whether tone carries meaning, like in mandarin, or whether it has diphtongs that can be atretched easily, like english. German has neither, but it's not a great language for melodic singing, at least, not as great as english. the consonant heavy stakkato is great for rap, though.

I'm not into hiphop, but this one blows me away anyway:
