I’m in like a comatose state, my mind almost shut off, I cannot move. I was texting my boyfriend, I was fine earlier, I had to talk to customer service on the phone, my cat kept meowing, I had to text my sister & other things were brothering me soooo too much, I just broke down, I had to tell my boyfriend I cannot talk anymore. This happened cuz I have TOOOO MUCH responsibility. I keep crying too. I need a vacation.

I know the feeling, I’m going through it now myself. Sending you all the healing vibes.

Sorry you are having a rough time.

I notice that you are under a lot of strain lately. Is that related to the ups and downs of your long-distance relationship?

Those are very hard for most people.

I don't have anywhere near the responsibilities you appear to, but I can totally relate to feeling burnout. It can definitely come w/the territory for people w/ASD. Best of success in overcoming it!
