Uncomfortable, I know; but at the assessment itself, maybe not such a bad thing. It's precisely when we're out of our comfort-zone that our traits often create the most problems in day-to-day life, so it will do no harm for the assessor to see that. But in the mean time, do try to occupy your mind with something else; there's nothing you can anticipate in advance which would make a significant difference to the outcome.
One last tip. You might feel a bit whacked afterwards - so get everything arranged ready to completely wrap yourself in cotton-wool and pamper yourself when it's done, and don't let people badger you with questions about how it went if you need a chance to let the dust settle a bit first.
