Sounds like it wasn't as bad as your anxiety thought it would be.

When are you likely to get some concrete answers ?

It was less stressful than I'd expected.

That's why I hate anxiety with a passion , it always tells me worst case scenario , and worst case scenario has never happened.

I'm the same, and although I know that it's usually better than expected next time something's due to happen I'm thinking worst case scenario again.

If you find you need more blocks on the block test and say "I think I need more blocks", which she gives to you, that's a sign you're not on the spectrum?

They aren’t going to say that you don’t have autism by the way you responded to one task. They look at the overall score.

I doubted that I was autistic before receiving the results of my evaluation, but I am.

Glad to hear that it wasn't as stressful as you'd feared, firemonkey. As for the "catastrophising"; me too, and I suspect that it's a common problem for many of us.

When do you get your results, Firemonkey? It seems like it's been taking a very long time; I'm sure you feel that more so that any of us. When is the date of the findings?

From seeing the pdoc who suggested ASD as a possibility to now has been 6.5 months. It seems a long time , but I've heard of people waiting much longer.
I wasn't give a date as to when I'd be told the result.
