After giving birth to my child,
my periods came back, but sometimes I miss some. It's been a few months after giving birth.

Has anyone had a similar occurrence?

Yes.
I'm just wondering if other people have been through similar.
I find it kind of amusing that it came back irregular when mine used to be ever full moon.
Now, I am pretty sure I don't even have a period sometimes.

It can take awhile for them to normalize. The first one I had after giving birth was brutal - the worst one I ever had, but then it was a couple months before I had another one.

I’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis since then and am on the Mirena IUD which made my periods stop completely. I love it!!

There's all kinds of things post-partum that can make your periods wonky.
Also, if you're breastfeeding, it can supress your period because it messes with your horomone levels, which means that your periods can be rare or irregular. I don't think my period was regular until my little one was about eight months old... then I got appendicitis. Which didn't interfere with my period so much as mess with my head.

Here's my first day of periods after my little was born (if it's TMI sorry ;-)

since then its varied between 23 & 28 days with a 25 day average. I am still nursing and had a copper T IUD in a 6 weeks after birth.
