In this order:

Give 10% to charity
Pay any taxed due on the money
Pay off my house
Make sure my Emergency Fund is completely filled
Buy a 2 - 3 year old vehicle
Set aside $50000 for vehicle purchases for the rest of my life

And left over after this, I would set aside some fun money and put the rest into a total stock market index fund.

In this order:

1) One million into various investments. (I'd have to do some research to determine the wisest investments.)
2) Keep a few hundred thousand dollars in a savings account.
3) Buy a house. (It would have to be near a train station because I don't drive.)
4) One million into creating a foundation that would give money to various organizations devoted to creating autistic-friendly spaces.
5) Half a million to various other charities and causes I believe in.
6) Invest any remaining money.
7) Plan to live off of profits on the investments plus the interest on the savings account.

Any particular reason why you picked the figure 4.57 million $ rather than some other specific amount of money?

I'm more interested in why the specific figure 8O did you like get that amount and your hunting for advice on what to do with it... If the answer is yes, I'll PM you my address so you can "donate" some to the "Angnix is poor as hell" fund. Lol

once my income streams were established, i'd find a '93 cadillac sedan de ville, preferably a pink mary kay edition, with as low miles as possible, and drive in some style and comfort :D

As in suddenly winning them from lottery... today?

Well, I think I'd first arrange myself some time off from work and go on a vacation, at least a week, probably two.
I'd buy a place of my own, not too big since maintaining a place like that on my own would be a pain, but one that's new and in a good location.
I'd donate some to charity, but probably only to places that support people with different illnesses and disabilities... after doing a proper back ground check on them, of course.
I might buy new cars for my sisters... my older sister drives a beat up toyota and has been wanting a new car. Lil sis gets her license soon, so she could use a car as well, but something inexpensive and used for her in case she breaks it since she's not an experienced driver.
Mom could use a vacation too; I'd probably take her somewhere warm...
I'd set some money aside so that I could travel and use it for other nice stuff when I feel like it.
And of course, I'd invest a part of it.

Get a house in the mountains.

Perhaps buy up some land for conservation purpose, help my family out some, spend it on stuff I enjoy and probably save some/invest some in something that could bring income in without my boyfriend having to work full time ever again.

But IDK getting that kind of money is very unlikely.
