Depending on where you are now, two books by Issac Asimov may be good starting points: "Realm of Numbers" and "Realm of Algebra". You would have to find second hand copies. Don't know web sites that do the same job, except Khan Academy on youtube. I am sure you'll get more recommendations.

YouTube is no place to learn anything. Try The Khan Academy's own website. It goes from basic maths to university-level calculus and statistics.
