I'll add Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and Planes, Trains and Automobiles.

Dunno if this would be a cult movie but I like 1994's "Falling Down" with Michael Douglas and Robert Duvall. There are times I can relate to the Michael Douglas character, D-FENS.
