I was initially confused by this OP. What sport would I look most suited too? What activity do I do that makes me look "my best"? Luckily Kraftie responded first and now I get it. It's a question about body size. Is that right?

I am a naturally lean but muscular woman of average height (5'4.5"). I think I look best at my current weight (118-123).

My current weight, which hovers around 85kgs. Maybe a bit less before I go on holiday so I can put it back on again.

About 117-130 pounds at 5’1. I don’t look worse at 130 than 117, just different, as in healthy but not skinny.

I'm 5' 7", and am trying to lose weight to 120 pounds, because I like the way I look and feel at that weight. Although maybe 125 pounds would be more realistic, because I have a naturally thick-set, muscular build.

5'2" 115 lbs. I was at this weight for much of my early-mid adolescence, and then later twenties.

I thought I was too skinny between 102-114 in my late adolescence and much of my early twenties.

I've been a little over 120 since 2016, though. I'm ok at this weight, but it's not my best (little tummy paunch), and I make sure I stay under 125. I was between 125-140 in my mid twenties and looked terrible.

I would say that I look best at about 150-160 pounds on a 5 foot 5 inch frame.

I also look best when I wear clothes that fit, and (in shirts) have a sort of pastel-color quality about it. Either white pants or black pants. I don't look really good in jeans.

There was one guy I know who used too go too my gym who was 5ft7 and weighed in at 182 pounds. He took his top off and we could see where all the weight was situated - he had massive arms, and I assume legs to match, and a torso to be proud of. All the female heads turned, and one of them even said his physique was 'beautiful'!

True, but a lot of women aren't interested in dating someone who spends that much time working on his arms.

You also find the same situation in that a lot of guys would rather date "the girl next door" rather than a supermodel.

I currently weigh 251 (highest 267) and I looked and felt my best and healthiest at 180. My doctors say that is my most realistic and healthy weight. I have been vegan for three weeks now and am loving it. My A1C and glucose are normal and my cholesterol has been lowered drastically.
