I could tell an offensive joke about comparing American right wing & left wing politics to winning the Special Olypmics, but I'm not going to as that would not be fair to my brother who actually was in the Special Olympics.

I know I should not but I have always liked that one. I wonder if there is a way to get the same message across without it being offensive.

What did your brother compete in?

I think my KND video about two obnoxious bratty boys trying to out-tuba each other gets the message across perfectly.

I honestly don't know because I didn't get to attend it But he has cerebal palsy. He also has medals that my mom keeps in her jewelry box

One thing one can say about cerebral palsy: it comes in many shapes and sizes.

You can be profoundly intellectually disabled....and you can be a genius, too....and you both could have cerebral palsy.

The difference between the Democrats and Republicans is this: Imagine that there are two tribes of cannibals on a remote island. The cannibal tribe that eats only members of the same tribe represents the Democrats. The cannibal tribe that eats only members of the other tribe represents the Republicans.

On further thought ... members of either tribe who try to escape the island and get eaten by sharks instead are the Libertarians.

I don't have cerebal palsy, but my brother has both cerebal palsy and aspergers (just like me). He functions ok but now he is starting to have back problems and is supposed to wear a back brace every day but he keeps forgetting to put it on.

Imagine a monkey in a gimp suit with a mechanical strap on and a half shaved weasel wielding a cattle prod in one hand and a cheese grater in the other flinging themselves at each other in mortal combat. It's utterly ridiculous and yet still makes more sense than some of the crap Democrats and Republicans get into on a daily basis.

this country is unfixable.
