You can make it healthier by adding more veggies.
Diced bell pepper, chopped onions, a bit of diced garlic and a few diced steamed carrots.Go light on the mayo.I add just a small spoon full of mustard and horseradish for zip.For those who really like it spicy a dash or two of hot sauce.
