Something most people take in their stride? What about people here though? Are you a methodical packer? My stepdaughter takes me grocery shopping. She packs the stuff for me at the checkout. I 'd just put stuff randomly in a bag until it was full up. She's more methodical. I'd get flustered and all fingers and thumbs doing it.

I'm very methodical about packing my groceries , even the way I put my groceries on the conveyor belt. It needs to be just right.

Tesco 'Scan As You Shop' eliminates a lot of stress for me.

I usually put the heaviest and biggest items on the conveyor belt first, then the lighter and smaller things last. I do a lot of grocery shopping so I've developed a skill for packing.

I like to group my items by type and pack similar ones together. Or sometimes I will do it by weight. The sense of order calms me in an environment that can often be challenging sensory-wise and overwhelming in terms of decision making.

I'm not as good as some people----but not as bad as some people, too.

My wife thinks she has to pack--because she thinks I don't do it well.

I rarely buy more than three or four grocery items in one visit, so it's hardly ever an issue.
