I'm sorry, that sucks! Is he able to stop you or just expressing disapproval?

Sorry for my english.

I am no-binary 36 years old. My dad never really approve of my desire to transition.

He's afraid I'll get mugged in the street. I have an appointment with an endocrinologist and he wants to accompany me.

Beyond the medical risks, I always wanted to have a woman's body, but no vaginoplasty or surgery. I tried female clothes and accessories but I did not like it.

I am really afraid that the doctors will refuse me the care because of my handicap and also i am light fat.

Your endocrinologist is very likely to be as dubious as your father is. You want a female body, but hormones by themselves would never transform your male body in a female body. At your age females hormones would only give you small breasts, but you are fat, so you are more likely to get a gynecomastia than real breasts, the effect on fat distribution would be barely seeable as well.

Do you really want to look like a male with gynecomastia ?

The first step for you would be to loose your excess fat and improve your waist-hips ratio and prove your family your willingness.

I have 1m 66 for 85 kg and also baldness.

It ran in my family. Yes, i know i never have a feminine body.

But my body masculinity is intoxicating everyday.

I am persuaded testosterone has a effect in my mind.

Dutasteride won't make your lost hair regrow, but dutasteride stop the baldness aggravation.

It's totally valid for you to want hormones but not other interventions. Your gender is your gender and I wish you didn't have to "prove" yourself to anyone else. Can you stop your dad from going with you?

Have you tried asking to talk to the doctor alone? You should be able to see your doctor without someone there whose presence will make you uncomfortable.
