Low quality insults aren't exactly a sign one possesses a sense of humour. If that's what Trump calls comedy, I'd say that's evidence he doesn't possess a sense of humour.

Even if Denmark considered it, I think the EU proper would raise objection even if they had no legal basis for doing so.
