I'll nominate the entire Saudi Royal Family. Creepy fundamentalist views, absurd amounts of money and controlling both Mecca and Medina gives them a further dimension of creepy influence in the form of veiled threats of barring certain sorts of muslims from the Hajj unless they get their way.
