I struggle to wash my hair because of the feel on my hands. I can't even touch my own hair or skin either.

I don't like to have wet hair or skin, but I shower everyday or every other day, because I also can't stand how my hair feels when it hasn't been washed. Annoying.

Hi Lucy :) - occupational therapists can help you with this. It’s not so uncommon. They can devise what’s known as a sensory integration programme especially for any issues like this that you’re experiencing. Not sure where you are, but if you’re in the UK, then it’s free on the NHS.

Not particularly. I don't really "struggle", but I often don't take showers often
