When we think of Europe in regard to LGBT issues, we often overlook eastern Europe. I bet the next European country to legalize same-sex marriage will be one of the Baltic states. Neighboring Serbia elected an openly gay Prime Minister a couple of years ago, and is the fifth country on the continent to have one (after Iceland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Ireland)
