The 2020 Democratic candidate with whom the CIA whistleblower had a "professional" tie is Joe Biden, according to intelligence officers and former White House officials.
Lawyers for the whistleblower said he had worked only "in the executive branch." More like waste of time. Lets assume the whistleblower is part of a nefarious plot to smear Trump by accusing him of calling the Ukrainian president to dig up dirt on Biden. Trump on the White House lawn with the TV cameras rolling called on Ukraine and China to investigate Biden making the “plot” irrelevant.
