Do you think this is an ideal role for someone is passionate for this field, is hands on and very focus?

What role in which production?

If you mean the job of technician (or Production Assistant), then maybe.

Personally, the long hours and discipline of TV production was too much for me. I prefer the less demanding job of electrical engineer in a corporation.

Visual audio in a school/college.

Is that ideal for an aspire?

Visual/audio technician? It could work.

Keep in mind that 16-hour workdays are not at all unusual in the performing arts.
