That seems superfluous as far as him being a candidate goes, because it really looks to me like he is suffering from dementia. And that is based on watching straightforward video of him, not from some source making claims about it.

Facebook probably doesn't want him elected either.

It is a good thing it became apparent he is losing his faculties now rather than a couple of years into his presidency if he had been elected.
