Between the captcha and the log in issue, it makes me want to scream. It took like 15 times of me entering my user name and password before it finally accepted them and let me in.

It depends on what browser someone uses.

Sometimes, WP sucks on Internet Explorer. Other times, it sucks on Firefox.

I have those two, plus Chrome. My iPad has Safari. Whenever one browser starts getting hit by Cloudflare, I switch browsers and continue as if nothing happened.
