The hands on the clock go round and round. Round and round. Round and round. The hands on the clock go round and round to tell us the time.

I can also read analog watches. I often wear this kind and it is also not powered by a battery but by winding up.

Yes - I can read analogue clocks better than the digital clocks, although I can read both of course.
But whenever I look at a digital clock I have to picture the time on an analogue clock in my mind first.

I can, but it takes me a moment to figure it out.

It was the only clock available for the first 20+ years of my life. Watches too. Even sundials. :D

I can. But it took me until I was about 10. I have two analog clocks in my room. One that also tells the temperature and humidity. The other is a fancy brass desktop one with a green marble stand.

I like analogue clocks. I just have to glance at them to see what time it is. With digital I have to think about what the symbols mean first.

Let me see....

The number that Mickey's big hand points to.... that's what minute it is.

And the number that Mickey's little hand points to...that's what hour it is..

I think that I have it down right. :D

This is similar to a clock I have over my desk at work.

Looks to me like it's 10:37 and 49 seconds. Honestly, if I got that right, I don't find it any harder to read than an analog clock - I have to think a little for both.
